MH4 Community Champions is a new project to raise knowledge and skills about mental health in the local community. We are looking for volunteer champions who are passionate about mental health and about challenging the stigma around it. Our mental health blogger Hannah Rainey (Little Thoughts blog) is starting a Twitter chat called #TalkMH. It will cover a wide variety of topics and aims to generate conversation, educate, and create a support network for anyone affected by mental illness. Live on Thursdays from 8.30pm, starting on 25 August.
