Community Wellbeing Services

We run a range of activities and groups that are intended to support people with different mental health problems to move forward, make new friends, have fun, and rebuild skills and confidence. People are welcome to join in as many or as few of the activities as they like (subject to demand). The services provide fun and interest, but most importantly social contact, friendship, and access to peer and professional support.

To find out more about any of these activities you can:

  • Call us on 01732 744950
  • Book a one-to-one session with one of our Support Workers
  • Download our Community Wellbeing leaflet
  • Email us or use the self-referral form at the bottom of this page

Sessions take place in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Edenbridge, East Malling, and in the community.
