In partnership with Kent County Council we are proud to be offering FREE courses under the MH4 Thanet banner. The courses aim to help build resilience and emotional wellbeing in Thanet. Current offers are shown below. To be eligible you must live, work or study within the Thanet District Council area.

Mind Fitness Train the Trainer
Mind Fitness Workshops are highly interactive and fun ways to engage young people in understanding more about mental health and ways to look after their mental health. These workshops are NOT a PowerPoint presentation. Insights and better understanding of mental health and fitness are achieved via props, short demonstrations and discussion.
Youth Mental Health First Aid Lite
A half day introduction to mental health issues in young people, aimed at anyone with little or no experience or knowledge.
Youth Mental Health First Aid Schools and Colleges
A full day workshop on mental health issues arising in schools and colleges.
Self-harm and Eating Disorder workshops
Understanding self-harm/eating disorders are workshops to help people to gain a greater awareness into why self-harm/eating disorders can happen and how we can help those who need support. The workshops will cover; signs & symptoms, treatments & signposting, and positive coping strategies.
