MH4 Thanet booking
Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for these free courses, all participants must live, work or study within the Thanet District Council area.
2. Cancellation by us
The courses have a minimum attendance level. If this level is not reached a course may be cancelled. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses. If we have to cancel or postpone a course, we will try to give at least one weeks notice. You can then reserve a place on a subsequent course. We cannot accept liability for any losses arising as a result of cancellation or changes to a course.
3. Cancellation or non-attendance by you
You can cancel your place up to 5 working days before the commencement of a course. By booking a place you are making a commitment to attend.
4. Delegate conduct
Delegates, who must be 16 or over, are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. A persistently disruptive delegate may be asked to leave the course. To respect the confidentiality of participants, audio and/or visual recording during the course is not permitted. Mobile phones should be switched off or silent.
5. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any or our obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control.
