Mind campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Advice Together Partnership

Advice T~ogether logoWe are one of more than 30 charity partners working together to offer the best service to local communities across West Kent. An easy-to-use referral system called Refernet allows us to refer clients to the most suitable advice service to ensure clients – especially the most vulnerable – get the help they need as quickly as possible.

Live Well Kent

LWK-logoWe are a delivery partner of the Live Well Kent network, helping people improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing. It is a free service for anyone over 17, delivered on behalf of Kent County Council and the NHS in West Kent by Shaw Trust.

Local Authorities

To deliver trainings, workshops and therapeutic groups we have partnered with Kent County Council, Sevenoaks District Council, Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and others.
