We are pleased to taking bookings for our forthcoming autumn workshops and courses, to be held at our Sevenoaks Wellbeing Centre. Included are counselling and listening skills, mindfulness and understanding stress. Reserve places now!
Tuesday 17 September 10am – 12pm
Cost £40 per person
Listening is an important skill and how you listen to others can have a major impact on your relationships both personally and professionally. This new 2 hour workshop is an introduction on how to actively hear the complete message that is being communicated. Read more and reserve your place(s).
Introduction to Counselling Skills 4 week course
4 consecutive weeks starting Wednesday 18 September from 1pm – 2.30pm
Cost £120 per person
Counselling skills can be useful in daily life, whether in our work supporting others or just listening to a friend in distress. They help us communicate effectively and enable us to relate better to the people we are talking to. Read more and reserve your place(s).
Tuesday 24 September from 10am – 1pm
Cost £50 per person
This 3 hour workshop is an introduction to understanding stress and learning ways to combat stress in daily life. It is suitable for anyone who:
- finds themselves overwhelmed with feelings of stress, either on a regular basis or from time to time
- has an interest in how we behave and why we respond to situations in a certain way
- wants to learn tools to help manage feelings of stress and how to cope in stressful situations

Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation
6 consecutive weeks starting Monday 4 November from 1pm – 2pm
Cost £120 per person
Learn the core concepts of Mindful Meditation as well as practical meditation exercises, how to introduce mindful exercises into your day to day life and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Read more and reserve your place(s).
