Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation has been a fast growing and popular method of helping people to manage stress, anxiety, anger and other overwhelming feelings.  By understanding that we do not have control over past events, nor can we control what happens in the future, we can start to engage more with the present moment.  We always have a choice how to respond to situations in the here and now.
