Remote workplace wellbeing support

We are living and working in unprecedented times and now, more so than ever, looking after our mental wellbeing is paramount. As we all navigate through remote working and a change to our usual schedules and routines, we want to support those organisations who kindly support us by tailoring our offerings to suit the current climate.

CORPORATE WEBINAR SUPPORT

We can support your organisation’s wellbeing strategy by taking part in virtual sessions organised for staff.  We can offer ‘guest speaker’ or ‘drop-in’ sessions, to talk about a range of subjects including wellbeing, mindfulness, stress and self-care.  These work well when incorporated into a schedule of weekly sessions offered to staff on a range of topics and enhance a sense of community.

For further details on any of these options, please speak to a member of the team or contact training@westkentmind.org.uk
