Sevenoaks in Focus

We are excited to announce our brand new amateur digital photography competition ‘Sevenoaks in Focus’. Twelve photographs selected by our independent judges will appear in the Sevenoaks in Focus calendar for 2020 which will be sold by West Kent Mind.

The simple overall theme for our calendar is Sevenoaks, so we’re looking for interesting and eye-catching photos taken in the Sevenoaks District. These can be of places, people, events, seasons, in town or countryside, wide open spaces or small details, in colour or black & white. In fact anything that makes an original image which you feel is uniquely Sevenoaks. Use your imagination! Open to ALL ages.

Enter now for your chance to feature in the calendar! The closing date for submissions is 1 October, winners will be announced on World Mental Health day, 10 October.

Each photo must be submitted in digital format, together with a caption which must include the subject of the image, and the location where the photo was taken.

Important – because winning photos will be printed in our calendar, all photos must be in ‘landscape’ orientation. ‘Portrait’ orientation photos cannot be accepted!
