This year’s World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10 October is the most important one yet. 2020 has been a tough year for all of us and the past few months have had a huge impact on our mental health. So we are asking you to #DoOneThing for Better Mental Health today.

It could be anything – reading a book, catching up with a friend, going for a walk, listening to a favourite song. Or maybe you will reach out for help for yourself, or for someone else.
