We are looking for a number of bank staff to work as Wellbeing Support Workers to deliver innovative, stimulating and enjoyable group sessions for adults. We are also looking for new trustees to join our passionate and committed board and help us realise our ambitious plans.


Wellbeing Support Worker – Bank Staff

£10.11 per hour, part time zero-hour contract

Bank Staff will work as Wellbeing Support Workers delivering group sessions for adults. We offer a range of groups throughout the year, targeting individuals from Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells. Applicants will need to be familiar with delivering group sessions online via Zoom, demonstrate empathy, and have an understanding of how loneliness can impact on people and affect their wellbeing. Applicants must be confident to deliver creative and stimulating group activities – both online and in person. The demographics within the programmes differ, but the aim will be to facilitate wellbeing groups online or in person. Applicants will also be required to cover leave for other staff as and when needed.

Trustees

This is a voluntary role. Reasonable travel expenses can be claimed.

We are recruiting trustees to join our passionate and committed board, to support the charity’s governance and overall strategic direction. We need people who can help us realise our ambitious plans and who are able to positively support the organisation as it embarks on a programme of transformation.

In particular, we are keen to hear from applicants with background, skills and experience in any of the following areas:

  • IT systems
  • Marketing, digital media and PR
  • Charity finance
  • Fundraising
  • Experience of engaging diverse communities
