Head of Development and Sustainability

37 hours per week, NJC Pay Scale 41-47  £37,107-£42,806*

Are you a strategic thinker, a good income generator, a great collaborator and someone who is committed to excellence?

We are looking for a creative person to provide the strategic lead on driving business development, income generation and associated strategic engagement to enable West Kent Mind to continue to provide essential mental health support services within the community.

The post holder will lead on income generation strategies and will also take a strategic lead on driving innovation and best practice, increasing audiences as both beneficiaries and as donors and building partnerships.

Fundraising Manager

37 hours per week, NJC Pay Scales 35-38  £31,401-£34,106*

We are looking for a creative, energetic person to lead on the development and implementation of fundraising initiatives within West Kent Mind, maximising income, reach and creating a diverse funding base.

West Kent Mind is transforming to adapt to new ways of delivering, operating and raising funds. We are looking for someone who is inspired by change, driven by excellence and is looking to work in a team of supportive and passionate people.

Solace Project Officer

15 hours per week, NJC pay scale 26-28  £23,866-£25,463, pro-rata £9,675-£10,323*

The Solace Café in Tonbridge provides out-of-hours mental health support on Thursday and Saturday evenings from 5pm – 9pm. We are looking for a project lead to support and work alongside an experienced and effective team. The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced in providing support to people who may be heading towards or experiencing an emotional crisis.

Marketing Officer

21 hours per week, NJC Pay Scales 22-25  £21,074-£23,111, pro-rata £11,961-£13,117*

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to help us maximise the reach, profile and impact of our charity across all media channels, bringing a keen eye for emerging channels. You will be inspired by change and driven by excellence and attention to detail.

Working with committed and passionate teams involved in service delivery, training and fundraising, you will also be involved in developing and progressing our digital agenda.

Therapeutic Programmes Administrator

18 hours per week, NJC Pay Scales 18-21  £18,870-£20,541, pro-rata £9,180-£9,993*

We are looking for a highly efficient and proactive administrator  who can confidently manage the administration process and assist with the marketing of our various complex programmes within our busy team.  The successful candidate will need to be hard-working, flexible and enthusiastic.

Office Administrator & Receptionist

30 hours per week, NJC Pay Scales 18-21  £18,870-£20,541, pro-rata £15,300-£16,655*

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to be the central point of contact for all visitors and clients to West Kent Mind (over the phone and in person) and provide high quality administrative support to the operations team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors to our Wellbeing Centre the receptionist has a key role.
