Join our dog friendly walking group!

If you would like some gentle exercise and social contact, come along with your dog to our Sevenoaks walking group and feel positive benefits for your mental health.

Caring for a pet can help our mental health in so many ways. They offer us companionship, particularly important when maybe we can’t get out to see other people. Getting up in the morning to care for them gives us purpose and a focus to the day and our pets can have a really calming effect, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression for people of all ages.
The aim of our walking group is to get some gentle exercise, reduce isolation, encourage positive activity and to share how important pets are to mental health!
