Information will be brought from the 8 localities to identify county-wide trends and signpost unresolved local issues.

Please find below an online link to our annual Mental Health Action Group feedback survey.

We kindly ask you to take a few moments to complete this short online questionnaire.  This is of particular importance in light of the fact that both the MHAGs and Service User Forums are under review from Kent County Council.

A printable version is also available here

We kindly ask that the online survey or paper version are completed by 30th September 2017.
