NEW Mental Health: Let’s Talk (online)

Time to Talk Day 2021 takes place on Thursday 4 February.

“A small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference.” (Time to Change)

At times like this, our ability to have open conversations about mental health is more important than ever.

Would you know what to say if you noticed someone becoming unwell?

Do you know how to make someone really feel heard and understood?

Join us for a short, interactive session and learn new ways to start a conversation, be a better listener and support ourselves and each other.

Key learning outcomes:

  • What is Mental Health?
  • Language and Stigma
  • Tools for Talking
