Wellbeing check-in – online

There has never been a more important time to look after our mental health and learn about self-care, and we’re here to help.  This invaluable short session explores the factors that impact on our wellbeing and offers tips for developing helpful coping skills.

Designed as an introduction to Mental Health, this one hour workshop covers:

  • What affects our mental health
  • Spotting signs of distress in others
  • Support and signposting
  • Self-Care

The session will be facilitated live via the Zoom videoconferencing service. Zoom is really easy to use on a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You do not need to create an account, though for the best experience you will need to download Zoom to your device. To check if you’re all set to go, visit zoom.us/test on the device you plan to use, and you’ll be prompted to download and install Zoom if you don’t already have it.

Cost: £15 per person
