Mental Health Awareness booking

Terms and Conditions

1. Fees

Workshop fees must be paid in full before the course starts. Your place is not confirmed until we have received your full payment.

2. Payment

The workshop fee is £30 and this must be paid online with a credit/debit card or by PayPal at the time of booking. We do not charge VAT on our workshops. If your workshop fee is being paid by a company or organisation who need to be invoiced, full details including any applicable reference/PO number should be included on the booking form.

3. Cancellation by us

The workshop has a minimum attendance level. If this level is not reached the course may be cancelled. We reserve the right to amend or cancel workshops. If we have to cancel or postpone a workshop, we will try to give at least two weeks notice. You can then either receive a full refund, continue with the postponed workshop, or reserve a place on a subsequent workshop. We cannot accept liability for any losses arising as a result of cancellation or changes to the workshops beyond the course fee.

4. Cancellation by you

If you have to cancel your place, this must be requested in writing or by email. For cancellations more than three weeks before the workshop starts, you will receive a refund of the fee. We are not able to offer a refund for cancellation less than three weeks before the start of the workshop.

5. Non-attendance

If you are prevented from attending the workshop through illness or other personal reasons, you have no automatic entitlement to a refund. We will, however, consider all of the circumstances and respond in whatever way we consider fair and reasonable.

6. Disabled access

The ground floor of the building has a ramp access from the rear car park and a disabled toilet. The workshop takes place on the first floor, which has standard toilets and is accessed via a single straight flight of stairs equipped with a stair lift. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

7. Delegate conduct

Delegates, who must be 16 or over, are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. A persistently disruptive delegate may be asked to leave the workshop. To respect the confidentiality of participants, audio and/or visual recording during the workshop is not permitted. Mobile phones should be switched off or silent.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any or our obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control.
