Terms and Conditions

1. Payment

Your places on the course are not confirmed until we have received payment in full. If you need an invoice, please email us your request including the course dates and invoice details you require.

2. Cancellation by us

The course has a minimum attendance level. If this level is not reached the course may be cancelled. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses. If we have to cancel or postpone a course, we will try to give at least one weeks’ notice. You can then reserve a place on a subsequent course. We cannot accept liability for any losses arising as a result of cancellation or changes to the courses.

3. Cancellation or Non-Attendance by you

Up to 4 weeks before course date – 100% refund. Between 2 weeks and 4 weeks before course date – 50% refund. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.

4. Delegate conduct

Delegates, who must be 16 or over, are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. A persistently disruptive delegate may be asked to leave the course. To respect the confidentiality of participants, audio and/or visual recording during the course is not permitted. Mobile phones should be switched off or silent.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any of our obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control.
