Community Wellbeing Services

Social Activity Groups

These are varied time-limited programmes (up to 12 months) suitable for anyone who would like to join as part of their recovery journey. There are weekly Social Activity Groups in Edenbridge, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Ashford.

  • Creative Minds – can include painting, drawing, collage, clay, embroidery, photography
  • Natural Ways to Wellbeing – May include growing fruit, vegetables, flowers, watching wildlife, foraging, photography, guest speakers.
  • Living Well – includes healthy eating, relaxation techniques, sleep hygiene, fitness, photography
Peer Support Groups

These are time-limited programmes, suitable for anyone who would like to join as part of their recovery journey. Group members are able to support each other and share their expertise and learning.

  • Project-based groups – meet once a month in Sevenoaks and Tonbridge. Each group will work together on a project for up to 12 months.
