Community Wellbeing Services

Our wellbeing services offer you the chance to join a range of different social activities and groups in a supportive, safe environment (many currently operating via online Zoom). The programmes provide fun and interest, but most importantly social contact, friendship, and access to peer and professional support. If you have mental health problems you can often become isolated, and these activities at our centres or out in the community really do make a difference.
