Community Wellbeing Services
Re-design of services
We are currently in the process of a consultation and service re-design. While this is underway we are temporarily suspending new referrals to our Community Wellbeing services.
Please note that all of our other services, including the Mums’ Support Groups, are unaffected by the re-design.
You can continue to make referrals to Community Wellbeing services, however we will not be able to process referrals until the service re-design is complete and our new service is launched. We expect this to be complete towards the end of April 2017
We run a range of activities and groups that are intended to support people with different mental health problems to move forward, make new friends, have fun, and rebuild skills and confidence. The services provide fun and interest, but most importantly social contact, friendship, and access to peer and professional support.
To find out more about any of these activities you can:
- Call us on 01732 744950
- Book a one-to-one session with one of our Support Workers
- Download our Community Wellbeing leaflet
- Email us or use the self-referral form below.
Sessions take place in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Edenbridge, East Malling, and in the community.

Research is showing us how our health and happiness can be boosted by doing certain things on a day-to-day basis. We use the “Wheel of Well-being” as a guide to show how our different activities and groups can support your wellbeing.
