Community Wellbeing Services

Social Activity Groups

These are varied time-limited programmes (up to 12 months) suitable for anyone who would like to join as part of their recovery journey. There are weekly Social Activity Groups in Edenbridge, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Ashford and Tunbridge Wells.

  • Creative Minds – can include painting, drawing, collage, clay, embroidery, photography, crochet, printing
  • Natural Ways to Wellbeing – May include growing fruit, vegetables, flowers, watching wildlife, guest speakers, days out
  • Living Well – can include healthy eating, relaxation techniques, sleep hygiene, fitness, photography, walk & talk, aromatherapy,

The above three groups are available at all venues.

Peer Support Groups

These are time-limited programmes, suitable for anyone who would like to join as part of their recovery journey. Group members are able to support each other and share their expertise and learning.

  • Project-based groups – meet once a month in Sevenoaks Edenbridge and Tonbridge. Each group will work together on a project for up to 12 months.
