Introduction to Mindful Meditation

Introduction to Mindful Meditation is a 6 week course held at our Wellbeing Centre in Sevenoaks. Suitable for complete beginners, or those wishing to improve their Mindfulness practice.

Learn the core concepts of Mindful Meditation as well as practical meditation exercises, how to introduce mindful exercises into your day to day life and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

The next courses run from Monday 14 January and Tuesday 26 February. The groups meet at lunchtimes 1.30 – 2.30 at the West Kent Mind Wellbeing Centre in St John’s Road, Sevenoaks, for 6 consecutive weeks. The cost for the 6 week course is £90. All proceeds to West Kent Mind.
