The Solace Café in Tonbridge is a new initiative for people who are at risk of developing a mental health crisis and are in need of support and social contact. The café provides a safe and non-judgemental environment for people to meet others with similar problems, and to access mental health support and advice from peers and professionals.
Of course we also have tea, coffee and snacks!
The Solace Café in Tonbridge is open on Thursday and Saturday evenings, from 5pm – 9pm (last entry 8:45pm).
Anyone aged 18 and over and at risk of developing a mental heath crisis can access the service during the opening hours. We want you to get the right kind of help, so we ask that when possible you contact us before coming to the café. You can contact us by calling 01732 356630 or 07436 102171 during café opening hours, 01732 744950 during office hours, emailing email@example.com, or using the referral form below.
