The Solace Café in Tonbridge is an initiative for people who are at risk of developing a mental health crisis and are in need of support and social contact. The café provides a safe and non-judgemental environment for people to meet others with similar problems, and to access mental health support and advice from peers and professionals.

Of course we also have tea, coffee and snacks!
