Zen at Ten for World Meditation Day

Please join us on Wednesday 15 May for ‘Zen at Ten’ to mark World Meditation Day. We will be running mindful meditation sessions throughout the day at our Sevenoaks wellbeing centre with the first class starting at 10am. Each class will run for 45 minutes and is only £10 per person per session. Complete beginners and those with experience are all welcome at any of the sessions.

Mindful meditation has been linked with improved mental health by helping us to reduce stress, anxiety and other overwhelming feelings. The meditation exercises are easy to follow and focus the attention on the present moment. This can help you feel more grounded and often feel calmer and more relaxed.
