Become Mental Health Aware. MHFA England have now launched an online version of the Adult Half Day training course which raises awareness of mental health. We are delighted to offer this 4- hour programme on Thursday 18 June 9am – 1pm at only £50.

Join West Kent Mind throughout the month of July for ‘5K, Your Way’. With annual sports days being cancelled this year, why not get involved and have your own with all the family! You can run, walk, jog with the dog, cycle, swim or anything you like, to complete your own 5K. Medals awarded to all successful participants.

Solace Café

The Solace Café in Tonbridge is for people at risk of developing a mental health crisis and in need of support and social contact. Open Thursday and Saturday evenings from 5pm – 9pm. Currently the cafe is open online and by telephone only.
