The online Mental Health First Aid course (equivalent to the face-to-face Adult MHFA Two Day course) qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider. We are delighted to offer a programme beginning Monday 12 October at only £185 per person. This offer is only available to people who live, work or study within the West Kent area.

Solace Café

The Solace Café in Tonbridge is for people at risk of developing a mental health crisis and in need of support and social contact. Open Thursday and Saturday evenings from 5pm – 9pm. Currently the cafe is open online and by telephone only.
