On Thursday 21 March at 7.30pm we welcome the Dr Marilyn Glenville clinic to Salomon’s Estate in Tunbridge Wells for a fascinating and informative talk on ‘Natural Solutions to the Menopause and Prevention of Osteoporosis’. Places for this fundraising event are £30 per person.

We would like to extend huge thanks for Bella Jane Jewellery and to every one of our supporters who purchased one of the special edition ‘Empower Me’ bracelets. The total amount raised was a staggering £720. This was the first time that we have collaborated with a jewellery designer in this way, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome!

Solace Café

The Solace Café in Tonbridge is for people at risk of developing a mental health crisis and in need of support and social contact. The café provides a safe, non-judgemental place for people to meet and access support and advice from peers and professionals. Open Thursday and Saturday evenings from 5pm – 9pm.
