Walk & Talk at Bradbourne Lakes

Take an hour each week to slow down, get outdoors, and reconnect. Our guided walking groups offer a safe, informal space to enjoy nature, meet like-minded people, and support your wellbeing. Specific groups available for dog walkers, parent/carer and baby, men and many more!

I think it is very good for your soul, your confidence and your state of mind.
