We look for talented people to join our passionate, motivated and award-winning team. Help us deliver on our strategic ambitions and make a positive difference to lives and communities. You’ll also be a proud part of the Mind federation, an incredible national network of mental health advocates and campaigners, many with lived experience.
Holidays
You get 23 days a year, increasing by one day per year up to 30 days, plus bank holidays. On top, we give you an extra three days holiday between Christmas and New Year. All calculated pro-rata for part-timers.
Flexible working
Many of our roles allow for flexible working, including time spent working from home. However we like to spend time together as a team at our centre, so these are not remote roles.
Diversity
In building diversity we build strength. We encourage everyone with the right skills to apply so that we can build a more diverse and representative team. This is really important to us.
Learning
We’re committed to supporting our staff with learning and professional development, so we offer opportunities for coaching, training and mentoring. Everyone, regardless of role, is offered free Mental Health First Aid training.
