Future Minds, Fund & Flourish

Build confidence. Develop skills. Make a difference.

Could career experience be one of the most powerful ways to build resilience?

West Kent Mind is proud to offer Future Minds Fund & Flourish, a fully funded programme for 14-17 year olds that helps young people build confidence, strengthen their wellbeing, and gain real-world skills for the future.

Funded by Kent County Council, the programme brings together local businesses, schools and community partners to give young people valuable experience, practical skills and opportunities to shine.
