Who is this programme for?
Arts and Minds is a three-month programme of creative activities for adults who want to explore creativity in a supportive environment. The sessions are friendly, relaxed and inclusive.
You can take part in person at community venues across West Kent or join online.
Sessions are led by a West Kent Mind wellbeing worker, with occasional support from professional visiting artists.

Please note: If you have taken part in an Arts and Minds group within the last 12 months, you will not be able to register again. If it has been more than 12 months since you completed the programme, please get in touch with West Kent Mind.
