This year Mental Health Awareness Week is all about community

We’re celebrating the power of community and how it shapes our mental wellbeing.

When we feel connected, supported and part of something bigger, our mental health thrives. A strong community means belonging, safety and support – reminding us that we are never alone.

Want to Fundraise for Mental Health Awareness Week? Thank you supporting your local Mind!

Whether you’re hosting a coffee morning, taking on a personal challenge, or rallying your school, organisation or workplace to raise funds, every effort makes a difference in supporting people with mental health problems in our community.

Here’s how to get started…

Keep it simple: host a cake sale or coffee morning.
Get active: organise a ‘walk & talk’, take on a sponsored cycle, or try an aerobic challenge!

Step 2: Set Up Your Fundraising Page
Set up a just giving page, share your story, set a fundraising target, and let people know what you’re doing.

Step 3: Spread the Word
Share your page far and wide!
