We are proud to unveil a powerful new montage video celebrating Creative Minds, a vibrant initiative that champions the role of creativity in promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, Creative Minds offers inclusive workshops in art, music, creative writing, and more, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels. The new video captures heartfelt moments, personal reflections, and inspiring artwork from participants, showcasing the transformative power of self-expression and connection.

“Creative Minds is about more than just creativity, it’s about community, confidence, and growth,” said Cath Jackson, Wellbeing Worker at West Kent Mind. “Through this video, we wanted to share the voices of those who’ve found strength, joy, and belonging through the programme.”

Participants in Creative Minds have reported reduced feelings of isolation, improved self-esteem, and new ways to cope with stress and anxiety. The initiative provides a safe, welcoming space where people can explore their creativity while building meaningful relationships and emotional resilience.
