Our health and happiness can be boosted by doing simple things on a day-to-day basis and connecting with others. We run a wide range of different social and activity groups, and all are welcome! Our community wellbeing team, assisted by our fully trained volunteers, will set you on creative journeys, encourage you to keep active and get outdoors, inspire you to try new things, and help you to focus on nurturing your mental health and wellbeing. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet others who understand what you are going through and may be experiencing similar feelings in a safe and supportive environment.
